CTO & Co-founder of Eventscase Passionate about technology and business. Self-taught from a very young age, he began programming at the end of primary school and very soon discovered that it was his passion. A few years later he began to become interested in business and open his own companies. His first business venture consisted of a portal to book artists and organize town parties; They launched the first version in 2009 and ended up closing in 2013 by joining Eventscase. During his professional career, he has been involved in all phases of the company's growth. Iván has had the opportunity to perform numerous roles that have given him a very global vision of the business and he has been able to intensely experience the process of how to scale a company with growth rates between 150% and 200% annually. He currently directly manages a team of about 50 people, mostly technical and customer support. He has been able to specialize in team management methodologies, quality management and technical management.
